It's his law firm and the firm has to many local ties to the local law enforcement. They handle your case based on their commitment to the law enforcement agencies. They tell you that your about to go to court and need more money but then the court appearance is more than six months away. If you chose to leave this firm and ask for your files and bill they do not comply with state law and even mock the state bar as I qoute they couldn't even hold my brief case. They will put other firm members in your way as if they are helping you but it's just their way of abusing you depending on who the arresting officer or agency is. Their office manager and secretaries only work for the firm and are placed in your way to protect the interests of the firm and their commitment to their local ties inside and outside of the law enforcement comunity. Which includes city counsel members and local school districts and non LDS churches....
