She had me send records and told me she wanted to submit them to a service who sends them to "experts" in India compile them into timeline & report. She told me it cost $300 & to send a check. I was leary, as had been told to not pay a contingency lawyer up front.
I uploaded the records to RecordReform, & emailed a copy of autopsy report. I contacted RR several times to make sure Linda paid him, and was told he'd look into it, but never got back to me. Finally after 3 months (while my 1 yr period to file was ticking away), I wrote to Linda to see what was going on & to see if she had received the report.
She wrote back to me & said she had received the report several weeks back but had been on vacation!
She sent report & it is a joke! Not only did they leave all important parts out, including 2 of the drugs that killed my sis, they got "timeline" out of order! She said she would not take case because report didn't show the hospital was negligent. No reply from Linda since.
