Absolutely horrible crook, liar, con artist. This man has robbed me and many other people of 100s of thousands of dollars through private lending deals with bogus companies. I know he has forged documents and cheated good people out of their money. His mortgage company Ascend is completely fraudulent do not get a mortgage or loan from there he will fault you even if you are making payments. He has a drunk crook of a lawyer representing the company Zoltan Kaslik who is despicable like Hosseini with bogus lawyer fees and lender fees over $60,000.00. Kaslik when contacted has no clue what is going on or is aggressive and rude. Him and Hosseini are a match made in heaven and I hope they both lose their licences.
