I saw this on there and thought I would ad my 2 cents. I was Keith's client for a short time with an uncontested divorce - all got done for reasonable amount. I knew at the time Keith had only been practicing a short time in family law - I accepted that. I mean it was pretty clear he was not Sr. counsel he looks young he never held himself out a Sr. counsel - so I wonder at those who blame him for mishandling their case or running their lives - seems to me more a of case of the client trying to go the cheap route and hire a young lawyer then blaming the lawyer for the client's mistake. What's that old saying about pointing a finger and more are pointing back at you? - Or how about that bulge?

Keith was the "first" line of defence for my family in the unfair, time wasting, life stealing legal system. He could have advised me correctly and easily and rightfully. 2.5 years later I'm still in the courts. My daughter and I have been permanently parted. He's ruined our lives.

Keith Shustov assisted me when I was going through a domestic situation through the courts. I was suffering with PTSD, on top of the fact I had just escaped a traumatic situation, I had to cope with Keith speaking to me in a deroggatory manner. Being impatient with me. Not returning phone calls. Upsetting!

I am not sure what has happened to or with MR SHUSTOV BUT as a MOTHER fighting desperately to see her children due to a high paied , fast talking, legal tight rope walking , brutal lawyer on my ex husbands side , a new judge , overwhelmed and intimidated by his lawyer and ME in hospital and TOTALY blindsided by my ex , and now going on almost 2 years and 3 lawyers later , haven't seen , spoke or even know where my children are in school at this present time , Keith while at Calgary Legal Guidence was the ONLY person sence that faitfull day in January 2014 that CARED , LISTENED , HELPED and GAVE ME HOPE that I could and would get my children back !!! Now desperately I have searched for him to find out he is dis barred ???? WOW ! In my eyes he is and will be the only lawyer that could have helped me ... I have now 0 hope in my endless fight dispite the fact I did NOTHING but get sick in hospital and I CAN prove this , and yet My children and I are the ones dieing inside .. Thanks

Suspended for 8 months by Law Society of Alberta for forging Court documents. (if he's handled your Divorce, better check if it's for real...)

Keith was an awesome Lawyer. He was very prompt and on the ball every time I had a question or anything changed. I felt like he understood me and my case. If you need a Lawyer for Family or Divorce Keith is your man
