Poor lawyer. Sometimes it is time to retire. Will not do any work for you unless you have a lot of money. Only represents people who have money or union standing behind them, and the badge covers their lies.

I retained Sheldon Pinx for my cannabis drug charges 5 years ago. I was caught red-handed with 5 lbs in my trunk. I said nothing to the police upon my arrest. In the end I was given an absolute discharge. The money spent on Mr. Pinx is money well spent. I walked away a free man. You can't put a price on that.

I understand he is a good lawyer. But there are good lawyers everywhere, in the USA and in Canda. The brilliant lawyers are not so well known unless you look at big minds of Law at the Kennedy law school

It is time to retire. I had met Mr. Pinx only once, but I had met mind in law at Harvard that would make Mr. Pinx shrivvle. He might have an experience for Winnipeg, and only for Winnipeg that is all.Nobody knows he even exists in the USA, as we know Winnipeg is nowhere and laws that have been here for years, unless they have integrity should retire. Mr. Pinx is good probably, but he is not Jack London or Mr. Restall or Mr. Wood, and each of these lawyers went to and Ivy League schools and that is something to say. Also the fact that retiring with grace would be a good idea, like Wayne Gretzky, he knew when to retire, and he did not have too, he just knew it was time. People like Mr. Cook or Mr. Polock have integrity and they know, but at a certain time in life, how many crooks in the police department can you represent, it is a time that police officer wear a body camera at all time, it shows transparency, like in the USA. Start by cleaning your department in the police.

I have now been represented by Sheldon twice now and he is an exceptionally remarkable lawyer. He is quite possibly one of the most brilliant individuals I have met and he is exceedingly excellent at his job. Even though my case was small potatoes and the odds were against me, he worked tenaciously to successfully resolve all matters in my favour, and in a timely manner. I consider myself very fortunate to have been refered to him. Accordingly, I highly recommend Sheldon to anyone who is in need of a rock solid defence. ??

Easily the most talented litigator in Winnipeg and likely unsurpassed in Canada. I can't talk for other people but the guy saved my ass from Jail, and Saved my Career. When your life is on the line and people are accusing you and demonizing you, you want someone who is going to say the things in such a way which need to be said to defend your ass. Sheldon is that guy. In my case the Crown was making me out to be this bad guy, and I thought for sure my goose was cooked, until it was Sheldon's turn. His performance was better then the movies as he crushed every argument the crown had put forward making the crown who had appeared to be well prepared with a rock solid case seem to be reaching and fabricating the truth. He is expensive yes. But he values making a difference in good peoples lives. Money comes and goes, and the money I spent on him was worth every last cent. As for communication he only communicates with you when he absolutely has to. He never wasted my time.

He has done his time and should retire, he is too busy keeping up his lifestyle and does not care about his work or his clients, what he once was is no more.He represented a member of my family and nobody heard from him until it was time to pay again, he did not prepare anything until the last minute, sometimes sending his assistant and not himself which is not what was suppose to happen.
