He’s representing my ex. Which should make me happy b/c he’s so terrible! However, he is not sharing information with his client from my lawyer, not filing paperwork in the allotted time by the court (was given 30 days to correct and F8. It took 90 and only b/c I contacted the ex to ask why he was stalling and he told me he gave Westcott his corrections immediately and so he contacted Westcott to finally get him to do his job). My lawyer gave Westcott and the ex a month to respond to our offer. Well over a month later, and over ten attempts to contact him by my lawyer which were completely ignored, there has been complete silence from his office. Not sure if he’s completely ignoring my lawyer b/c she’s a woman or he simply doesn’t care about his clients case. However, his stalling/ ignoring this matter is causing a family to possibly lose their home b/c the banks are tired of waiting and the ex thinks it’s me stalling so he’s acting aggressive to me when it’s Westcott. Reporting him.

Mr. Westcott is very underrated for some reason. He is knowledgeable, kind, and good at his job. I recommend him.

If you want a lawyer to sit back and collect on legal aid and then wait for it to expire and not do anything, pick this guy!

Terrible...used to defending every low life in the vicinity and where he lives there are lots! He's used to his clients being derelicts of society, usually with no voice or brain to complain about him, that is why, I'm sure, there are so few reviews...

Was awful. Never returned phone calls or kept cancelling appointments. Wasted more money trying to contact him than him actually doing his job. Shouldn't have to wait 6+ months for a response from him. Recommend you don't bother with him!

Limited availability. Too busy for his clients. Says he will do what you ask, then fails to follow up. Lacks attention to detail. I wish I had never hired him.
