David, now deceased, had a long history of dealing with difficult cases. He always exhibited great skill and ability. In his later years he became very skilled as a mediator and peacemaker after becoming well known as a fierce litigator. He was a consummate volunteer as a Dispute Resolution Officer at the Court House - helping many families find resolution. And often pitch hitting for other officers who were unable to meet their commitments to the program. He will be missed.

David has been around and has done lots of years in family law in Calgary. He is well known among the corrupt family law system he is part of. He charges a premium. He knows who butters his bread and he wont fight hard for men if it means messing with his feminist masters. Happy to take your money...you want to see your kid dont you? Well..pay up sucka. David puts on the air of respectability and comes across as the worn out gentleman but he is somewhat of a psychopath I think and can easily manipulate you at your most desperate to keep paying him. Does he want to negotiate peace? Not if another few appointments can be squeezed or another court date can be arranged. Dont hate David...just understand that he has learned the game and has done this for a long time. He's good at what he does but his primary focus is gettting paid and thats what you get. My advice if you retain David is to offer him an obscene amount of cash if you have it and give him explicit order prepare to su
