On a windy day I was driving on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Virginia, I got pulled over before entering the Hampton tunnel , for being over height , a state trooper measure my truck and his readings were 13.7’ while the recommended clearance is 13.6’ long story short I got a ticket for being over height. Now it’s time to do research on a excellent lawyer I came across Peter john Louie, I called and spoke to his secretary within a few hours Mr. Louie, returned my call from that phone conversation I knew he was the lawyer for my case. He told me the simple fact that I’m not from the area he would represent me without my presence in court, as anxious as I was at the time I’m very pleased with the outcome. Peter Louie is an angel sent straight form heaven!
Peter was the only lawyer I spoke with that I felt actually heard me. He was direct, laid out a clear game plan, and kept a steady hand throughout. He dealt with my anxieties with the utmost professionalism. He wasn't the cheapest lawyer I encountered but he got the results. Mr. Louie's attention to detail is superb. From the moment I requested information on my speeding charge he allotted his available time to educate me on my specific case.
When the day of court arrived, he probed the officer's calibration records which were contrary to the Virginia code. He presented me with the routes available and the possible endings. After a collective decision, we decided to challenge the records. This allowed us to fight the Careless and reckless driver (CnR) charge on court, ultimately ending in a complete dismissal of CnR.
I am glad I hired Mr. Louie and I can attest his work. If I hired someone without the same initiative and quick thinking that treats every case differently, I wouldn't have had this outcome.

Peter’s office was easily reachable when I first contacted them about a reckless driving ticket (for speeding over 20mph.) They scheduled me with a free consultation with Peter in which he discussed in detail the possible outcomes of my case and the best way to tackle it. His tailored response to my questions is what led me to choose him over the other attorneys I had consulted. He advised me to take several steps prior to my court appearance. On the day of, he met with the officer ahead of time to bolster our argument. The judge presiding that day was formidable to say the least. Several of those ahead of me did not get a reduction or dismissal. Peter argued well on my behalf and presented the judge with all the preemptive steps I took (that he advised me to take) in order to be considered a safe driver. In the end, the judge reduced the charge. Instead of getting a misdemeanor conviction, I walked away with only having to pay a fine. I am glad I followed everything he told me to do.

I am in the Air Force and, I was pulled over and given a reckless driving charge of 85/55. I had no idea the severity of this at first the local law enforcement and what the Air Force could do with a conviction. From the very beginning he was straight forward, honest and extremely knowledgeable about everything I asked or needed to know. I followed every instruction and with his representation it all paid off! We were in front of the judge and he was very prepared. All said in done it was reduced to 70/55 was looking at jail time and some serious fines but Mr. Louie did everything he needed to do to make sure that did not happen to me. I had a reckless driving ticket going 80 on 55. Mr. Louie gave me some suggestions for free before I hired him to be my attorney. When my court date came, he talked to the officer and noticed some things on his papers that caused my case to be dismissed. If it wasn't for him, I'd probably end up paying for a fine and end up with a poor driving record, but thanks to him my case was dismissed and I ended up with an even better record because of his suggestions. Went to court for a reckless driving with a previous reckless driving in record. Peter had this case resolved in my favor before the courtroom even opened. walked out with nothing more than an improper driving which is even less than speeding. Contacted Peter regarding a ticket for 46.2.816 (Acc). Officer offered to recommend dismissal if insurance payments are done.
Peter explained the ticket details and possible impact to me. I just had the pleasure of being represented by Mr. Louie on 08FEB16 for a recmless driving ticket 87mph in a 30mph zone. Recommend highly. My reckless driving charge was dropped in exchange for attending a driver safty course, exceeding my expectation. Being from out of state, my case was completely hassel free from start to finish which is very important to me. The counsel I received was courteous and clear.
