Mr. Louie's attention to detail is superb. From the moment I requested information on my speeding charge he allotted his available time to educate me on my specific case.
When the day of court arrived, he probed the officer's calibration records which were contrary to the Virginia code. He presented me with the routes available and the possible endings. After a collective decision, we decided to challenge the records. This allowed us to fight the Careless and reckless driver (CnR) charge on court, ultimately ending in a complete dismissal of CnR.
I am glad I hired Mr. Louie and I can attest his work. If I hired someone without the same initiative and quick thinking that treats every case differently, I wouldn't have had this outcome.

Peter’s office was easily reachable when I first contacted them about a reckless driving ticket (for speeding over 20mph.) They scheduled me with a free consultation with Peter in which he discussed in detail the possible outcomes of my case and the best way to tackle it. His tailored response to my questions is what led me to choose him over the other attorneys I had consulted. He advised me to take several steps prior to my court appearance. On the day of, he met with the officer ahead of time to bolster our argument. The judge presiding that day was formidable to say the least. Several of those ahead of me did not get a reduction or dismissal. Peter argued well on my behalf and presented the judge with all the preemptive steps I took (that he advised me to take) in order to be considered a safe driver. In the end, the judge reduced the charge. Instead of getting a misdemeanor conviction, I walked away with only having to pay a fine. I am glad I followed everything he told me to do.

I am in the Air Force and, I was pulled over and given a reckless driving charge of 85/55. I had no idea the severity of this at first the local law enforcement and what the Air Force could do with a conviction. From the very beginning he was straight forward, honest and extremely knowledgeable about everything I asked or needed to know. I followed every instruction and with his representation it all paid off! We were in front of the judge and he was very prepared. All said in done it was reduced to 70/55 was looking at jail time and some serious fines but Mr. Louie did everything he needed to do to make sure that did not happen to me. Went to court for a reckless driving with a previous reckless driving in record. Peter had this case resolved in my favor before the courtroom even opened. walked out with nothing more than an improper driving which is even less than speeding. Definitely worth spending the money for peace of mind knowing I don't have this misdemeanor to affect my future

I just had the pleasure of being represented by Mr. Louie on 08FEB16 for a recmless driving ticket 87mph in a 30mph zone. He was able to find a flaw in the officers radar calibration which got my case completely dismissed. I was looking at jail time and Mr. Louie made sure that didn't happen so i am very grateful to him for going above abd beyond to make sure i was able to walk out the courtroom.

I contacted Mr. Louie in a panic after being told I was facing a criminal misdemeanor charge for reckless driving (for speeding). He was calm, confident and competent. He gave me the best case and worst case scenarios. With his representation, my charge was reduced to speeding. He saved me a 12-hour trip, lost wages, a hotel stay; and he saved me having to pay possibly 10 times the fine amount I ended up paying, a criminal misdemeanor charge on my record, and more.
