He charged $10,000 and never even went to the crime scene; if all you want is a plea deal go for him. Otherwise, he's a liar. He propped us up with all the options we had available to us and followed up on none of them. All he did was insist we take a plea deal. He was working on another big case at the time. He could have told us he didn't have the time to help us. I hate him with every ounce of my being. He lost his big case too by the way. $10,000 was all we had. The defendant was unabl o remember the accident completely. Jay Clark did not even try to determine whether he was at fault in the accident. He just decided to strike a plea deal, no attempt at even finding out the actual truth to go from there. Absolute money gone down the drain and 4 years in prison needlessly. Keep your money, go elsewhere!
