Still dealing with an absolute nightmare from a case we lost with this lawyer. The case should have been opened and closed. Instead a child is still with a grandparent that was not in his life until she thought she might be able to get child support. A child will be completely damaged just as the other children she has had. For absolutely no reason. All bc this lawyer was unprepared, did not care, and his client was a male. Went in thinking we would have Mr.Perotta. Problems with the case from the beginning and Mr.Perotta was notified of this and acknowledged it. Almost 2 years later. This child's damage is on this law firms hands along with the poor "big wigs" in the Bartow County "Justice" system who get thrown into cases at the end and are too busy to know a thing about your case. Any good lawyers anyone? There have been some dirty things down in this county.

I see everyone rating poorly on the Perrotta Law firm and over all cases - My husband's case was handled with care and with quickness - so far - the firm has been responsive - called me on a weekend to prepare for a bond hearing on monday and was able to get my husband's no contact order removed. Something that has been a nightmare due to an accident is turning good and they were very wonderful in handling of this situation so far.

This attorney should be disbarred. Once you give his firm your money, they leave you standing in court for 8 hours with the judge berating you to "find your attorney." Perrotta left us hanging in court all day and then our case was transferred to Johnson. He failed to show up the second time in court. He canceled MULTIPLE appointments to go over the case and was totally unfamiliar with the evidence. In spite of our extensive preparation, we had to plead out for something we didn't do because that's all this hack would do. I want to warn anyone who is considering Jason Johnson or Tony Perrotta to run. You would do better to represent yourself, and you know the cliche about doing that.

When I first spoke to Jason he made me feel as if the case would be fast and we would not have to go to court. From the lack of communication it went on for months and I lost lots of money due to him. He continued to blame his staff for not getting back with me and all they said was they had no knowledge of what was even going on. It's unfortunate that you can't count on a person that you pay to represent you. He should be ashamed.

Does not return phone calls or e-mails. Missed a scheduled court date (that took 2 months to schedule) and didn't even bother to call me to tell me not to show up to court (I had to stand in court for half an hour to discover my case was being rescheduled). I am up to 12 months and $3500 and he still hasn't done the main thing I requested which is to get my child support lowered based on my current income (which is nearly 1/2 what it was when child support was first set). I finally sent a certified return receipt letter and now, a month later, he still hasn't contacted me. My next step is a complaint with the bar association.

He will pump you up about how good your case is, promise to stick by you, take your money then good luck getting in touch with him, getting any work done by him. He literally looked at our case file te minting of court, guess what we lost big time! We lost to a party that didn't have an attorney on their side! You can never get anyone to call you back and the lady that answers the phone is so rude! His paralegal acts like you are an inconvienience for calling. They are over priced and worthless as far as doing anything to help with your case

If I had a way to get my money back I would. This is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with they take your money but NEVER call or return calls no matter how many time a day or week you call. They promise you they will work their hardest & communicate with you just to get your money then leave you out in the wind. They even make you second guess yourself as if your the crazy one because your upset due to not understanding what is going on & why they never return your calls but keep taking your money. WHATEVER YOU DO AVOID THIS LAW FIRM . Save your money they are not worth it
