Don't not do business with these people. I went to them for help with a short sale for my house.. first off I payed them $2500, for an analysis to see if I had a chance to even try to do a modification with the bank. After that, since according to them, wouldnt qualify, they told me they could help with a short sale. They took a $5000 tetainer for defense litigation to stop a possible foreclosure and another $5000 retainer for a short sale litigation. On top of that, the 3 times they had to go to court they charged me $250 separately for the appearance. The short sale never went thru because the current loan bank sold the notes to another bank and I had to start the process all over. By then a year and a half had past and Fuster ended up moving to another office without giving me any notification. After no being able to contact them via mail, calls or emails, I decided to file a complaint with the Bar association. I will soon proceed to Sue them to attempt to get my retainer back

Lo cierto es que esta firma son unos tramposos. Si tienes dos prestamos con dos diferentes bancos tienes que hacer dos contratos. Dinero y Dinero. Si el cliente comienza a hacer preguntas se lo transfieren entre diferentes abogados que tienen, si haces el contrato en NJ, y sigues haciendo preguntas y no estas satifecho con el servicio te transfieren el caso a uno de los abogados de la oficina de Queens NY, de NJ a Queens, viaje y viajes porque no responden las llamadas. Si usted esta en una dificultad financiera hable con su banco diretamente, ahorre 5K.

Los abogados de Fusterlaw hicieron lo que yo nunca imagine posible. Me consiguieron una modificacion de mi prestamo y me borraron la segunda hipoteca despues de que el banco me habia negado a mi la modificacion muchas veces. Yo trate sola por 2 años, pero el banco nunca me tomo en serio. Me negaban diciendo que no tenia suficiente ingreso para que me den una modificacion pero cuando fuimos a corte una de las abogadas de Fuster le peleo al banco tan fuerte tan fuerte que el juez le dijo al banco que tenian que revisar lo que mis abogados habian mandado y regresar en un mes con una respuesta. Cuando regresamos a la corte, el banco traia ya una modificacion para mi. Antes pagaba $3,599.97 a un interest del 7% ahora estoy pagando 2,440.83 a un interes del 4.125%. Mis abogados lograron que el banco me perdonara 195,250 dolares y me borraron la 2 hipoteca de 67,500. Ahora si tiene sentido quedarme con mi casa porque la casa habia perdido valor y yo le debia mucho mas al banco. Gracias Fuster

Estoy feliz de haber salvado mi casa. No lo puedo creer todavia. Gracias a Dios y a los abogados de Fuster pude salvar mi casa despues de atrazarme 3 anos. Ellos tambien me ayudaron a hacer mi divorcio y apelear por la custodia de mis hijos y me ayudaron con una peticion de immigracion. lo que mas me gusto de ellos es que tiene abogados para todo y le assignan varias personas en su caso para tener un servicio mas personalizado. alguien le llaman a contarle como esta el caso, otro le llama a pedir papeles, el abogado y la asistente se sienta con uno a explicarle que se esta peliando y que es lo que uno debe hacer. Me gusto lo de revisar el caso el en website. Estan abiertos hasta tarde. Lo esperan que uno salga del trabajo. Uno debe tener mucha paciencia con los problemas legales que uno tiene y no desesperarse porque o sino hace el trabajo de abogado mas dificil. Hay que ser paciente, colaborar con todo lo que le digan y tener confianza en Dios y en ellos.

Excellent lawyer. They always follow up and have a portal private site where you log on to get a status and updates on your case. They helped stop foreclosure on my home and in 6 months we finally got a modification and saved almost 246,000. They take alot of money and then do nothing on your modification. DON'T TRUST THEM THEY ARE THEIVES.
