After I'd disclosed to Mr. Sears that the HOA he is representing had held no meeting over three years, failures to show the accounting records for many years, increased annual maintenance fees without approval of the members. Then, Mr. Sears indicated that he'll forward a copy of the accounting record of the HOA to me to see. Now it's been more than two, after numerous attempts to see the accounting records, Mr. Sears keeps ignoring my request and now my he is trying to foreclose on my townhouse. Mr. Sears is an unethical man and is working on the wrong side of the law.
