Very unprofessional in every way. We were not informed when my Mother passed that my sister was the executor. When she called they were very dismissive and even hung up on her. She finally managed to get an appt. w/them even though they would not verify that she was named in the will, only to find out the day of said appt., they had no meeting scheduled. They withheld keys to her house and car even after our attorney contacted them. They were in full possesion of the will and we had to have our lawyer request that they fax it to him. They had her lockbox contents that included house keys, car keys, house deed and car title but was missing some things as well.
