Waste of your time and money.Retained Ben for a legal matter with a former girlfriend as my trusted lawyer retired. Ben said everything you want to hear in my scenario, very aggressive talking. After a year of very little to no action he notified me that in a week we have court,I had to scramble to prepare the paperwork and provide it to his staff. Ben ended up getting a 2 week extension from the court after I provided hiw with paperwork, he called me the morning of our document signing which was a day before new deadline asking for me to come in the last day to sign the paperwork as they weren't ready. Day of signing the process took over an hour as his staff kept scrambling as they could not figure out which paperwork to use,horrible experience. Week later we end up in court and there was a temporary order granted on every point against me as Ben was unable to argue any point. Ben is a good talker with no follow through.

I would go elsewhere for legal advise. This lawyer does not respond to emails or calls. He also has no problem taking your money and doing nothing in your favor. Anything he says get in on paper-he lies.

Ben is a wealth of knowledge. Coupled with his extensive experience and down to earth personality, he is able to explain complex issues very simply so I could understand. He and his team take their work very seriously and I am glad I retained him for my family law case. A hard fought battle but well worth it, thanks to Ben!

Ben works around the clock. He meets clients when it is convenient for them not just during office hours. The only time he doesn't return calls is when he is in trial. The office is very busy and they are always working on your case even if you don't realize it. I have used him several times and am now hoping to see the next win when my case gets to that point

while ben is a very knowledgable lawyer, his communication skills are non-existent...after repeated attempts at contact for over 4 months, all forms were completely ignored...none of our phone calls, emails or texts were responded to...that to me, negates any knowledge an individual may have because you cannot access it...very very disappointed

I have used the services of Ben Fortino and cannot speak highly enough of the caring, expert service I have received from Ben and his staff. I can't say enough good things about Ben, he not only guided me through a very stressful time in my life...he was my rock. His knowledge of family law made the whole divorce process pass with ease. He made me a priority and never talked at me but to me. When all was said and done, I left with a feeling of satisfaction that I handled myself with grace and having no regrets and a weight had been lifted from my shoulders.
