Mr. Thomas spoke with me several times on the phone and via email about possibly pursuing a lawsuit against a business partner. Jumped to conclusions and scolded me about the case. At no time did he discuss with me that he was charging me for the phone and/or emails he was sending. Received a bill in the mail, and he would not waive the fee despite never telling me he was charging me. Also never answered 2 out of the 3 legal questions.

I went to this attorney seeking assistance for supervised visits. He told me he had people that he worked with who would be able to assist me. I told him I would think about it. He sent me a letter saying he would like to take my case. I gave him $2000 to start. He Quit without even getting documents back from opposing counsel. He just wants to take your money and run... BEWARE!!!!
