Terrible. Hire someone else and run away. You go to an attorney because you need help and guidance. Took my retainer and left me with no results and or council. This was for an immigration case and felt that he took the case not for the passion of the law but his own greed. Took advantage of my situation. I am sure I am not the only one.

Stay away from this thief. He lies, gives you no hope. He will tell you one thing and later changes his story. He was paid $10,000 to defend my husband and he never did one thing to help him out. My husband did not commit the crime he was being accused of and Arcia agreed but yet had the nerve to talk my husband into taking a plea bargain which will now ruin him for the rest of his life. He will sit in jail for 3 and a half years for something he didn't do and all because Arcia did nothing to defend him.
