Be aware of this person. Charged me way over 10,000$ . Unprofessional, I had to hire new lawyer and pay her the same to fix everything Magdalena did. She lost her license previously you can see that. Be careful . I can’t recover my money or documents but at least maybe I can help other people to not step into same shoes. Why she has so many good reviews it’s because she asking every single client no matter what - to leave her a good review. Very demanding. Threatened me. Google a better lawyer then that.

1Go nowhere near this lawyer. She will take your money and do nothing, wait for you to get deported, and then go on vacation with your money. Cancun, Las Vegas, you name it, she's been there with the little money people have.......and fork over to her in the hopes of a new life. One of her staff, a paralegal by the name of Ana, recently confessed to me she was quitting because of this scam artist. She had had enough of her. This monster asked her to post a fake review on social media to help offset negative reviews as if she were a client and did a supred job. She then showed me other reviews she had had her employees do on facebook and other websites. Sure enough, their they were sitting in her office while at the same time having hired Magdalena as their attorney. Lies! Her assistant Chelsea Bland and her husband, posted fake reviews. Her secretary Frendys DaCosta, posted fake reviews. Her assistant Zulay Madriz, another fake review. These are not her clients, they are her staff

Best Attorney in Miami! When no other attorney could help my family she was able to. Ms. Cuprys always made time to answer all my questions and worked tirelessly on my case. I don't understand why the review below. She is a great attorney and her employees are always helpful as well.

The worst of the worst attorney this woman is a thief she will take your money and do nothing. My husband was put in Krome and we hired her and from day one she said she filed for stopping of deportation and charged us an arm and a leg. My husband was released nine months later due to my consistency and hard work not hers. I contacted lots of people that helped me and as my lawyer she did nothing the day they informed me of his release I asked what had my lawyer filed for and they said that same day of her finding out of his release she filed the stopping of deportation nine months later. She knew he was being released and she had me sign another contract of 5k in which I fought her in because he was released. She has taken money from poor individuals and has had them deported. Her own employees have been disgusted by her and have left, one of her ex employees told us on how she will illegally take peoples money and do nothing for them. Her license should be taken away.

This lawyer does not seem organized and effective in her job. She will make clients wait hours for appointments and generally seems unorganized. Most of her clients have limited resources and she takes advantage of that. Hire someone else who is actually worth your money.

This attorney tells you the truth, whatever it is. If you don't want to hear the truth hire someone else. She is expensive but she is always accessible and available. She cares about her clients and fights for every one of them. So her prices are worth it. When my son was detained she talked to me every day and assured me everything would be ok and in the end it was. I would have paid double if I had to for the piece of mind she gave me. She was the second attorney we hired. The first was cheap. Took our money and disappeared.

Please do not go to this lady we paid her about 15 thousand dollars and she did nothing I went to her house where she let me do the work from her computer she was drunk she said if we ever said anything she would make sure my step father never came back I contacted my congress man and told them what was going on my congress man help with getting my stepfather back and a great attorney from Texas Tyson oblad that's where you should go

She is a cruel lawyer, has no feelings for those in need, takes advantage of all the immigrants and charges them an arm and a leg. Senseless and rude. I had a really bad experience, after giving s good amount for deposit, a week later I told her I didn't want her to be in the case, as she hadn't done any work within that week. To please return some of the money Becuz her initial deposit request is $500, I gave her $3000. She didn't want to give any back, knowing my needs, and to top it off she laughed in my face. Very unprofessional, disgusting I should say. My mother was deported that week, because she didn't even move a finger. As a result of her work ethics,her paralegal quit! So much to that! When there's a doubt or someone's put to question, I wouldn't deal with them. Good luck

This attorney is honest and straight forward and tells you how it is. IF you don't have a case she will tell you. If you have one she will tell you. If she's not sure, she will explain everything to you clearly and let you make the decision as to whether you want to try or not. She respects her clients and treats many of them like her family.

I was referred to Ms. Cuprys(or Magda, as we now call her)to help me in securing the freedom of my girlfriend, who was detained by immigration and ICE officials as she returned from Mexico. A friend of mine, whom she had helped get released from Krome Detention, for similar issues, advised me to hire her. Magda, with her expeertise and knowledge of the system--which she engaged successfully and expeditiously--,along with the care and compassion she showed my Girl, gave us hope and a feeling of confidence at every turn. I had not trusted lawyers, but Magda's professionalism and mastery of 'the game' proved to be what was needed. A love one incarcerated is a harrowqing and nightmarish experience. Her strategies, borne of experience in countless immigration cases she's handled, proved successful and gave me and my Girl the opportunity to once again be together. It would behoove any person with similar problems to retain Magda as their lawyer. We were lucky to have her in our corner.

Whe I got detained called 3 of the best lawyers upon recommendation all said I don't even have a case and they hang up my call.Magda was there for me, she didn't even know me but she listened used her knowledge and charm worked really hard, figured a way and got me out from Krome in 8 days which she said would be 10 to 15 days.She is the best and she knows what shes doing and she understand immigrants.Thank you...

This lawyer has many complaints against her and is notorios for violating bar rules and ethics. We have also heard that she regularly steals clients from other attorneys and solicits in jails against bar rules. She makes deals with illegals to bid her services to others trying to stay under the radar but gets caught often. We here she will be up for another complaint and she will probably be suspended. Where will her clients go then?
