Our development hired Mr. Hoffman and his firm to handle business time-sensitive issues and he never did his homework, was slow to respond and/or act, gouged us every step of the way, and caused our HOA to continue to have ongoing legal problems for several years to come - he is truly incompetent.

Robert J. Hoffman, Esquire is the definition of why most people do not like attorneys. Over charging for services and doing nothing for it. I lost a building I was trying to purchase with his help or lack of help. He was more interested in writing an offer without any knowledge of the area the building was located. The building was undervalued by the owners and a high offer came in, because the other party was a where of the value, unlike Hoffman. I got an expensive bill from him. If I knew at the time all he had to offer was a cookie cutter letter, I would have gone to legal zoom and saved myself a lot of money and aggravation!
