We waited 7 years to settle a personal injury case for our Dad. Our Dad unfortunately died before the lawsuit was settled. Ben only met with us once (during the deposition); he never communicated with us unless we initiated it; he lost vital documents; confused key dates; he was rude and arrogant throughout the process; and he miscalculated the amount that we would eventually receive.In fact, he received more money than the clients received. We question whether he ever graduated from law school. Be sure to refer to "Matter of Setareh" on the internet for your protection from this incompetent "unprofessional" bottom feeder.
