Ward and his staff did an excellent job representing me and were very good at keeping me informed through the whole process. They were always very quick to respond to and inquiries and cut through the legal speak to explain everything in a way the average person could understand. They were also very good at treating us like friends instead of like a paycheck. He was ethical, honest and of all the firms we got a consult from he was the only one who actually asked me how I was doing and asked to see the injury.
