My client filed a Chapter 11 with Dunlap and he didn't get anything approved through my client and has caused my client to loose almost everything that they have worked so hard for. He want return phone calls and he lies a lot. I am filing a compliant with the bar and in Nashville. If anyone who reads this and has been harmed by Dunlap please leave an email address so that I may contact you.

I filed a chapter 13 with Mr. Dunlap, under which i was putting my automobile. He told me to inform my car lot of the fact that i filed bankruptcy and I did. As soon as i filed that came and repossesed my truck and i have called Mr. Dunlap several times to no avail- he is always taking care of it. I am now paying this car payment and insurance on the truck through my bankruptcy and I don't have possession of it. I intend to file a complaint with the Bar Association, and retain another lawyer in order to regain possession of the vehicle I am paying for plus insurance.

I had a Chapter 13 filing that was converted to Chapter 7 on May 2, 2011. The Chapter 7 case has dragged on without attention from Mr. Dunlap and was closed on March 29, 2012 for lack of filing fee. There were many phone calls to Mr. Dunlap questioning the status of the case--February 1, 2, 3, and 8, 2012; April 3, 9, and 12, 2012; May 10, 2012; July 10, 2012. Many of these calls contacted only the secretary or voice mail, and there were NO return calls from Mr. Dunlap's office. In every phone call or conversation with Mr. Dunlap he ALWAYS said, "I'm taking care of it." It has NOT been taken care of yet! So, here I am now, still recieving phone calls and letters from creditors.
