I could have written the previous post myself. Exact same scenario. We were told out case was a slam dunk. Offered up Andrew Bush as less expense. Two years later still paying monthly bills and we haven’t even gotten to court yet. Billed two months in a row whether the attorney didn’t even respond to our calls or emails let alone do anything else. We have pent 8 Grand and counting. Last two months the bills were almost a thousand dollars each. If you sign on, someone will be getting money but it won’t be you.

i hired mr. dornish he said his fee was about 300. per hr. or i could use his accociate jack p bock for about 200. an hr. idid tell him this was a complicated case and the person im trying to evict for over a year and a half had alreadt geaten two lawyers he did assure me mr bock was competent. what he did not tell me mr bock has no experiecce and is just out of law school and has no buisness on a complicated case like this anyway a year ago 8/9/2011 mr bock said it will tate a year to get to court its now 8/9/2012 and nothing has been done .i have paid all the bills and they were nemerous i did not know every time i called to ask them to do something that they were charging me about 40.00 for every 10 min.in oct.of 2011 i was billed about 800.dollars asking him to do something. at least tell me he did get a court date. he did nothing but bill me .i havent called him in about 8 months . but brad dornish or jack bock have done nothing . i dont know what to do
