Excellent attorney and family law firm! I'm so glad I hired Michelle and her firm! I found her to be extremely responsive, knowledgable and highly competent. She took time to explain each step and part of the process to me--even if it meant reviewing parts of my case over and over with me to make sure I fully understood the process. She really listened to me and valued my input as a client. Getting divorced was one of the worst experiences of my life, but I can honestly say that having Michelle and her legal team on my side made it just a little bit easier. I couldn't have been more pleased with M.C. Thomas & Associates, and highly recommend this firm!

She was the opposing attorney on my case and I won so completely that I almost felt bad for my ex. It seemed like she had never been at a trial and did zero prep. The judge had to school her on proper cross examination etiquette. It was embarrassing. She prolonged and delayed every little thing so much, her bills must be extremely high. I had pro bono attorneys so there was no reason for her to be so obtuse except to bilk her client. And the worst part is that she didn't seem to understand that she lost the case. It was weird. She just doesn't understand that being mean doesn't mean strength and she seems to have zero professional courtesy to other attorneys. Also, fyi, she doesn't have a "team" she has one associate who is learning all the wrong things I'm afraid.
