She’s a joke. You will lose everything you care about. I did 3 yrs later I’m finally getting my right as a parent back all because of her. I had only gotten into trouble once a misdemeanor and her lack of communication and my rights as a parent. You are much better with doing it alone trust me please don’t be another victim of this person.

I used Iller Hardy's services for over 3 years in a child support case. She promised to do pro bono work for me and would collect her earnings from the non-custodial parent. She continuously delayed and added court dates to run the bill up by thousands of dollars. The case was a simple child support modification. The end result was over three years of continuous court dates. What started as a simple modification turned into my child no longer having a relationship with his father. I followed Iller Hardy's advice and it failed miserably. I would not recommend having this lady anywhere near your case unless you are out for vengeance or do not mind her running up court cost and asking you to pay an absorbent amount after she has totally ruined your case. Iller Hardy has the be the worst lawyer in Phoenix. A. Williamson

Appointed by Juvenile Court in bogus dependancy matter. Was all talk and no action. Terrible communication. Consistently doesn't return phone calls or emails. Fails to provide copies of documents and I had to repeatedly for months. Fails to notify of hearing date changes. Fails to prepare or communicate with me prior to any hearings. I could have done so much better on my own. I guess I got what I paid for...nothing. Such a shame because she is very knowledgable. She just doesn't live up to her potential. I really liked her personality and confidence in the beginning, but she fizzled out,never rose to the occassion and was constant disappointment, adding to my frustration of this severely broken system. If you have issues with your child, hope you don't get her. Unless you don't mind having 10 minute conference with her right before a hearing where YOU update her on facts of case. Be very scared if you have this attorney. You will probably lose your child.
