The Moller Law Group misrepresented me from the beginning, starting with Temporary parenting time. We had a meeting to talk about what we would agree to and come to find out Bill Moller agreed to everything the respondent wanted rather than what I, the petitioner wanted. It was a very unorganized law group! At the temporary orders hearing Bill was borderline incompetent. He flat out ignored me and pushed my notes away that I was writing about facts that were not true that the respondent was testifying to. There are many things that were troubling, but you get the idea. Bill comes across as a nice guy, but I would not recommend him for anyone to be their advocate/attorney.

You cannot find a worse attorney. Bill betrayed me, when I was his client. Can you imagine a worse attorney on the planet? Bill took an email from the opposing counsel, and followed his exact instructions to betray me. Though I overcame his double-cross, it nearly cost me my driver's license for 2-years, had I been incompetent as he lied and told the court. Instead, I provided a full psyche evaluation showing I was advanced in almost all categories tested. You cannot find a worse attorney than Bill Moller.
