Susan was always very professional and very communicative with this case. I felt she really went to bat for the individual involved and was very on top of things. I would recommend her to anyone. Everything was handled in a prompt manner.

I had a great outcome with my case. Susan was extremely knowledgeable and responded to all my questions promptly, albeit via email, however I appreciate communicating via email as I have a very busy schedule and often had to communicate at irregular times. I met with her several times in person and in court. An attorney I went to previously told me I had no case and I should walk away or face a counterclaim. Susan took my case, filed in Federal court and fought for me. She was a pitbull and got me more than I expected. She’s so smart and doesn’t get intimidated.
I hope that I don't ever need a lawyer again, but if I do, Susan is first on my list. I have also highly recommended her to everyone I know.

This Lawyer was great on my case. Somehow she was able to find a prior tenant that had broken their lease and trashed my property. She was able to help me recover all of the money due for the damage they had caused. I highly recommend her!

Although knowledgeable, I felt Susan was not on top of things as much as she should have been and that inattention caused me to lose my case. For instance, she missed a crucial deadline for submitting interrogatories to the opposing side. She wasn't able to hire an expert witness on my behalf until one week before the trial date and didn't fully vet the witness before trial. As a consequence, the judge didn't allow the "expert" to testify about those aspects of the case that were most crucial. Finally, Susan didn't show up at cour until 10 minutes before the start of the trial. I thought that was unprofessional. In court she proved to be a fighter but lost the case before arriving for court because of her lack of preparation mentioned earlier. I thought she was uncommunicative and I often wondered if she was doing anything to prepare my case. My case was very winnable and she blew it.
