Absolutely worst lawyer I have ever came across. I have never seen any attorney being so unprofessional and someone who would be just con artist. He charged me fees for applying for liquor license and never applied for it. I paid him money in July 2023 and now we are in February 2024 and he did not provided me any proof of applying for liquor license. Please take your Business to actual more professional attorney who is willing to help you genuinely. David misguided me for for 7 months and now I am literally struggling to get my money back from him which he promised to refund me in end of January but it’s February and I have still did not receive single penny back from him.

I Enjoyed making a fool out of him during a trial.. He needs to learn not to show a defendant that they are beating him down during cross examination..As my attorney said you are killing him.. I enjoyed watching him trying to hide his anger..

Seems to be extremely knowledgable, doing great on all I've asked of him. Soft spoken, but fiercely attentive when it came to my family's child related legal issues. Very nice man, very good lawyer.

He owes me a refund for over two months. Don't know what kind of games he plays, but it's time to hire a lawyer to get my money back from him. His secretary, Desiree is amazing.

Run!!!! Run like the wind! DO NOT USE HIM! He is not truthful. He is lazy and above all he does NOT do the work he says he will do. I got a lot of "don't worry's" well gess what I did not have to worry once I got a new Lawyer. Stay away!

Lawyer is not available for service of papers, nor is his staff.Leaves legal files laying on chairs in waiting area. violates confidentiality.

Took a legal malpractice case, got paid retainer fee. The few times we spoke-always said had submitted case in ct. and case was good. We trusted him. After over 3yrs. we find out he never submitted anything in ct.(lied to us and hasn't return our fee). Ruined the statute of limitation of our case-we had plenty of time. Horrible action. Has been reported to Grievance Committee in July 2008, still waiting for his response. No respect for the client (who pay him).
