Scam artist. Fake positive profiles won't help you once you hire this lawyer. Spends her time talk down what other lawyers do, while talking herself up. Constantly says things are "slam dunks" and "beyond easy". In the end, leaves with no communication, makes you agree to things that are not fully explained and you get stuck with the consequences. Bobbi will tell you every story under the sun to make you feel as though she has you cover, ultimately, she disappears and leaves you holding the bag.

In 2011, I used this "lawyer". EIGHT years later, I am still suffering the consequences of overpaying her for a pathetic performance in court and continue to work at repairing the damage she caused my child and I. Ms. Bobbi Olsen at the time, was part of a law firm who I believe fired her due to incompetence. I write this updated review in hopes others realize that when you hire a really bad lawyer, you can suffer a great length of time for her inability to perform as she proclaims she would. Save your money and stay away from her.

My experience with Bobbi and her team was excellent from start to finish. The organization and care that was applied to my case was recommendable. Life got better after taking the step to see her. Thanks Bobbi.

I contacted Bobbi for counsel to draft a cohabitation agreement. My partner was married previously and we wanted to avoid any financial disagreements in the future if we were to separate. Not only was she easy to speak with about what can be an uncomfortable situation, she actually used a great mix of professionalism and humor. The staff in tge office were kind and were prompt with returning my initial call and follow-up emails.

I had a very contentious difficult case to navigate. Bobbi took a very personal empathetic approach to my case. She fought for my interests with extreme tenacity. Being in constant communication with me and addressing my questions and concerns in a timely informative manner was also much appreciated! Highly recommend

This "lawyer" took $40,000.00 from me for 1 weeks work to take my file to trial. She made all kinds of assertions that my file was a "slam dunk". On the day of trial, she began her day VERY confident that we had a great case and she was going to expose my Ex for who she was (and remains today). Once the defence counsel showed up she caved and pressured me into what she claimed was an excellent consent order. That was in 2011. 6 years later, I am still paying for her sloppy wording, careless mistakes in law and misrepresentation of her abilities. She is a scam. Stay away from her at all costs.

Bobbi is by far the most competent lawyer I have ever retained. She is an absolute genius, anticipating every scenario and responds appropriately in every situation. As for the first comment (and only negative one on here), I happen to know this individual personally and understand that he asked Bobbi out and when she declined, he did not take it well. PS. She is single and quite a catch!

I retained Ms. Olsen as she came highly recommended and I could not be happier with my decision. I went through an adversarial divorce and not only did the matter resolve significantly more quickly (and below the estimated cost) than I had anticipated, but, I always left meetings and court knowing I was in cabable hands. Her knowledge of family law and experience was evident at our first meeting; her reassurance and confidence throughout the entire process left me able to rest assured that my wife's lawyer didn't stand a chance. Aside from her knowledge, I would say her confidence and ability to gauge the situation to determine the best course of action and negotiation skills were impressive. I hope to God I never go through another divorce again but if I do, it would be a privilege to have Bobbi represent me.

Excellent lawyer. I would not have survived the court proceedings without her knowledge, compassion and support. I would recommend Ms. Olsen to anyone. Her staff are also knowledgeable and very professional.
