Vance took the time to answer all my questions. He answered everytime I called and was very patient in guiding me through a difficult real estate transaction involving my husband's succession.

Closing set for 4:00 PM. Paperwork was not complete. Attorney never appeared and closing was done by a nortiery. Check could not be issued to the seller. 24 hours later and still no check. To be picked up tomorrow. Very poor service.
