Dorothy Ann Cole was to administer the legal aspects of a trust for our family. She didn't do anything we hired her to do nor do anything she said she would do. By law, certain filings/mailings were to be done in a timely manner. None of the work was done and the deadlines expired. She would not respond to any of our communications (e-mail nor phone calls) even after meeting with her to begin carrying out the trust for which she helped write decades ago. We had to fire her.
