I have used Larry on two purchases and had no issues. Responsive, complete and I found him very accessible. Good attention to detail. What can I say. I recommend him.

When things go well, you could do a lot worse than Larry. He's knowledgeable and his rates are reasonable. But when things go wrong, you'll regret ever meeting him. I've used Larry twice with real estate transactions. First time was no problem. Second time is still dragging out after 3 years. Understaffed and inattentive are not qualities you should look for in a lawyer. Do not expect returned phone calls or emails or any communication and all will go well. Otherwise, avoid Larry at all cost. As I've learned first-hand, in the end you get what you pay for.
