I had dealings with several lawyers before and out of all, found Ms Mungol to be thorough,professional,friendly and her advice was excellent .She goes by the rules and let you know up front.She was always on time for appointments and go the extra mile to get the job done,Would highly recomend to friends and family

I concur with the last review. She claimed to be a family lawyer however it was quite evident in the documentation she prepared and in settlement conferences that she had no clue. She was disorganized, lost info I had provided her, mistakenly sent me emails/personal documents regarding other clients on 2 separate occasions. She wasted a lot of time just sending correspondences to the opposing counsel and myself. For 3 settlement conferences and preparation of documents plus large amount of email correspondences over a year I ended up paying her 34K. Nothing was settled though! I ended up firing her and now have retained a real family lawyer to start the process all over again. The new lawyer was shocked with how she handled the case.

My lone positive remark first: Her communication with me was good, she responded promptly to my emails and phone calls. Sadly, she doesn't know much about family law at all and she allowed my wife's lawyer to completely walk all over her, and by extension, me, and thanks to her ineptitude, I am now on the hook for child support not corresponding to the guidelines so I am struggling financially, especially after paying her bill. She isn't especially cheap either, though she should be. Her knowledge of Family Law is limited and she claims this is one of her specialities. I would never go to her again and advise anyone else to STAY AWAY.
