This lawyer put his hand against the door and would not let me leave to talk or smoke before I said yes or no to taking a deal! He didn't say a thing about me having a passenger, and that on top of my closed zipped bag is a pill bottle of the legal stuff that has my name on it and it doesn't have a 10 in prison.Never got my DUI dismissed I've always been shown what I blew and this cop never showed me said I was a 1.67 at the time I was 58 and 125pds at 830 am. It was my girl 13th brithday she missed the bus I drove her to school! If I was 1.67 I would have been walking talking ZIP! She wouldn't have gotten in the car!!! He hung me to dry, said HE'd get a hold of me 4 next court date, my ex lied to him and said HE didn't know but the cops pulled me from my job of 2 years. He didn't open the file and look for my work number Jeff said you haven't worked in years! BAM!!!! MY job number! I wanted to at least go to trail and let 12 listen cause my lawyer sure didn't!!!
