Ryan did not meet my expectations. He did not tell the court the reasons behind why my ex husband committed parental alienation and kidnapping of my two children. He relied solely on an expert witness, whom the judge ignored. I wrote him notes in the courtroom, telling him to ask my ex why he had taken the kids immediately after I asked for child support on three separate occasions. He ignored my notes, did not go on the attack against my ex husbands tax evasion or FAFSA fraud. He did not defend me against the made up allegations or even bother to point out that the supposed instances happened over 7 years ago. This case should’ve been easily won. I spent over $160k in legal and professional fees and almost three years trying to get my children back from my ex husband. All I got was another $40k in lawyers fees that I must pay to my ex husband, no access at all to my children, a broken heart, and wondering if my lawyer was bought by the opposing side. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER.

Horrible attorney. Does not return calls. Spent over 150k and ended up settling due to Mr. Nordhaus incompetence. He was never prepared. He was sued by opposing counsel. He was always late. It was humiliating to have him represent us in court. I did get end up with full custody but it was because I settled due to not having the confidence that Mr. Norhaus would litigate well in court. Do not put your family at risk with him.

Very poor work ethic. Does not return calls or emails. Shows up late and doesn't keep you informed or get you prepared for the courtroom. Once in the courtroom, he just sits and doesn't do anything. Just slaps you with a huge bill afterwards for nothing in return. DO NOT HIRE!
