Unethical. Received notice that logo could not be registered for violation. Anne Hiaring asked for $10k retainer to beat it and assured us that she could get it for us. Three years and enormous billing from her later - we lost. She should be disbarred. She's the type of lawyer that makes the whole system look bad. Shame on her.

She has no idea of what is going on. She milks clients for fees. She is abusive toward staff. Will say anything to get your retainer fee, but miss a month's bill, and she'll throw you under the bus. Bad news.
