This lawyer should be avoided at all costs and he is extremly unethical. I like to refer to him as a hack. he is the estate attorney my sister hired to manage our trust when in all truth he has i beleive encoraged my sister to do as she pleasesand this means to treat me as if i am not a named beneficiary of my moms trust. he simply ignors any and all attempts that i have asked of him to please have his client treat me fairly and i have also requested of his client to please send me an account of what has been spent out of trust assets. it is now a year later and i beleive this lawyer and my sister have most likely used way more than their fair share of our trust asstes. He also stood by and encoraged my sister to evict me from our trust property. I lived there, payed rent to my mom for 8 years. The stress of it all caused the break up of my 6 year relationship and I am now homeless. He refused my request of an advance of my own trust money.
