She is very knowledgeable and doesn't waste anybody's time. She gave me the straight truth when I needed it. She was able to advise me in a manner that took me from victim to victorious

She takes months to respond to phone calls or emails. She made decisions with the opposing lawyer that benefitted them and not me. She made decisions without my consent. In one email I received I got someone else's case. It makes me think my information is not safe in her hands.

Ms Olesky took months to start proceedings, made mistakes in documents filed & the court order making it unenforceable. She refused to allow me to review documents before they were filed or communications sent to opposing party, and kept asking the other party why he didn't have an issue with my low income. Then she agreed (without my consent) to support starting 5 months later than it should have, so my ex got away with not only lower amounts than he should've paid, but also a 5 month reprieve that I didn't agree to. When I asked to change that she claimed that I agreed verbally when I know I didn't. She also takes literally months to reply to emails or phone calls, to the point where I have had to speak to opposing party and court office myself to get the information I needed. I've dealt with a lot of lawyers over the years and she is by far the worst I've seen. She needs to stop practicing law.

I hired Robyn Olesky in 2008 to represent me with regards to receiving child support. She was unorganized, incompetent & arrogant. I was charged courier costs & billed expenses that did not occur. Something so simple ended up costing me so much money that I ended up giving up. Her secretary at that time recommended that I report her to the law society. After some concideration, I did take on that task & she was reprimanded. This gave me some satisfaction. Only recommend this lawyer to your enemies.

Ms. Olesky does not forward important correspondence, and lacks basic knowledge of the case. She does not return calls or emails, for weeks on end. She doesn't show any interest in the case. If by the odd chance you get hold of her on the phone, she sighs as if your bothering her. The room that enters her office is covered with files, a particular time I seen someone's Will wide open, and had to wonder of the privacy of my file. My case should of been a slam dunk, the outcome was directly related to her incompetence. She seems to want to please opposing counsel. She also sent me a email, meant for another party, which again made me fear the privacy of my case. In my opinion, I would caution anyone in using her services.

Does not return emails and/or avoids phone calls unless your number is blocked. Cowers to opposing counsel and does not fight for client. Is easily fooled by opposing counsel. She has been employed by several law firms in the city and cannot hold a position at any forcing her to start her own practice. I do not recommend, she will not only waste your money but cost you in the long run only to lose your case. Please do not hire her as she will inevitably lose the battle in the end.

Not worth 2 cents....takes weeks for a callback or reply (if you even get a reply)....forgets specifics of the case or things agreed to in case conference. Seems to just want to please Judges and won't argue the case. Will not be aggressive against opposing counsel...seems to always need to seek senior advise. Shes new but clearly needs re-training or help with time management....NOT RECOMMENDED
