She is non responsive. Hasn’t responded fed to any emails for over a month of sending messages asking for an update. Also doesn’t seem to check voicemails either. Not worth her fees at all

Over the last several weeks we have not been able to get in touch with her even after leaving several voice mails and emails! Our family is very upset with the lack of professional communication on her part! I hate having to do this, but I feel that something has to be said!
