Phillip Fine is an excellent attorney who has handled a few of my cases with excellent efficiency and tremendous results. Do not be sensitive with his bedside manner. He is direct and to the point and does not waste time.

Possibly the worst lawyer in Canada. If you hire Phil you are a moron. He is a vile liar and a legal bum. He will do nothing for you. He is a huge waste of time and space. He's rude and unprofessional. Likely one of Canada'S worst lawyers. I've complained to the Bar and they don't care. They protect their own.

Asks for retailler, asks you the same questions in each visit and then askes for retainer again with no results.

This lawyer believes in with figthing his own clients more than the opposing party. He is short, on LAWYERING SMARTS, skills, intelligence and talent but has a big ego and explosive temper which HE saves for use ON HIS OWN CLIENTS and not the other side! He likes to show how busy he is on your case but really he does nothing unless to show-off while you are in his office. He does not take time to check his details. He does not verify the facts. He does not follow-up detals that are important to the case. He ignores the client's knowledge of the case. He likes to make friends with opposing lawyer! He was out-thought and out maneouvered and winnable case and lost an good offer of settlement because he likes to show how smart he is, but he is not. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!
