He never returns your calls, or will schedule you a time to come in and call you an hour before your appointment to cancel. His answer is ALWAYS that he needs to "read over the file" but then when you call him a week later, still has no answer for you. And he always tries to get you to "work something out" because he doesn't want to go to court.
