Hired Mr. Rogers to have my "home made" separation agreement approved by Family Court in 2014. Nearly 7 months later I was granted a divorce..support payment amount never settled. Every word, every piece of info was written/supplied by me. Constantly had to "push" him for my case status..was lied to. I have emails to prove this and much more.

Mr. Rogers was great! After trying my luck with a different lawyer I brought my file to him and he was able to figure out exactly what needed to be done moving forward. I felt completely comfortable in his care and that I was getting the best representation possible. His support staff were also very helpful and accommodating. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer.

Nice enough guy with impressive credentials and experience,I consulted with him twice free but couldn't afford him,I'm on e.i. an he doesn't take legal aid cases..I'm back with my original lawyer now.

My personal opinion is, you should avoid this lawyer. He is an expert in telling you what you want to hear, regardless of the reality of the situation. Numerous times, we prepared for court, went, and nobody else was there, due to his incompetence. He refused direct instructions from me. Refused to research the case, even when provided with reference contacts. In court, Mr. Rogers seemed like he was more interested in protecting the other lawyers interests then his own clients. He never argued my case, or presented any effort to resolve my case. At the outset, I was told there was no way my case would last over 4-6mths, and if it did, I should fire him because he is not doing his job. 2 years later, and no results, I have no chance to win my case due to the time it took. I honestly believe I would have had the same results with a paper cut-out. If you are a father who wants help to get access to your children, for the kids sake, don't trust this man. I believe he should be disbarred.

I am astounded that there are lawyers like this out there. This man was very dishonest in his billing, filing in the wrong courts, missing deadlines and not having any knowledge when it can time to go to court. I paid thousands of dollars and he did absolutely nothing and I had to start all over with a new law firm. The new lawyer litterally did more for me in 1 week then what Craig did in over 3 years. He nearly lost my case and it was a 100% win case and it should have been so easy for him. Frankly I question who he was actually working for. I do not like to run anyone down but I believe that this man should not be representing people at all.

I wouldn't have spent a penny on this guy if I had any idea that, in my opinion, he is so incompetent. Rogers is a generalist (criminal, family, civil and wills) who cost what I consider a fortune in representation with limited results. It took another lawyer weeks to settle what Rogers either didn't know could be done, or decided to delay to keep the clock running. A sweet talker, very confident, with no results at the end. Such a disappointment to me. I would have chosen another lawyer at the onset if I had any idea.
