Please stay away from him. He is dishonest and he does more harm than good. Cupo is very abusive, loud and aggressive. fOR EXAMPLE Judge Mary Costello had made some statements which were totally incorrect to rule against me. cupo Hit me on the arm when I whispered to him that "he should correct the record. Cupo admitted gross professional negligence he said, "I did not include in my filing a copy of the letter brief, as required by court rule 4:50--". Cupo failed to argue the non-complaince of the landlord registration certificate NJSA 46:8-27. Cupo failed to object to Judge Mary Costello's constant misstatements regarding the facts, the evidence. Cupo failed to rase and submit into evidence any case law or other competent legal authority in support of my case.
