I cannot believe the negative comments below! My family and I owe our lives to mr. Serour who rescued us from jail and deportation. He did it pro bono. He had a heart of gold. His staff is equally as generous. I can't understand why someone involved in a car accident would comment on this site. What a bozo. If you want the best legal representation from a really smart man with contacts, experience and real skill, than Richard Setour is your man.

This person is a shark! He will try all he can to grab your money by any means! He will not hesitate to blackmail you if you are trying to recover an immigration statut! I was his victim and I'm not the only! Please stay away from him!

A highly dishonest person. My wife and I were involved in a mini car accident with him and his family in Ottawa (which he caused). He was in a hurry so he didn't bother staying for the police report. Once the police reached up to him, he changed his story and faulted us for the accident. While that had no impact on either of our insurance premiums (there was only small damages to my car), the petty lie is indicative of his overall personality.
