I dealt with Douglas Grace's law office for the purchase and sale of my home in Owen Sound. I chose him from a list of lawyers who would work for the scale of pay that military relocation would pay. I cannot overstate how bad the service was. I never once saw, heard from or spoke top the lawyer himself. The law firm very nearly lost me the purchase and sale of my house. They will only communicate with you when there is a problem, and only then when it is too late to fix it. The secretaries doing the law firms business are condescending and refuse to provide you with paperwork. They do not understand the military posting process and their errors and poor communications cost me $7600 out of my relocation funds and put me into debt for my move. -Do not do real estate business with this law firm-
