Forgets to do work which he charges for... Can NOT take any constructive criticism nor can he claim any responsibility for errors he has committed. Makes excuses constantly (had a heart attack, cancer, hit by a truck, etc). Itemized bill for services... what is that? Write explanations to clients responsible party without telling client (why the work was not done). Says he will call back, then does not.
