I was referred to Mr. Dempsey by a lawyer but the receptionist hung the phone up on me when I mentioned a third lawyer who made a crime against me. For example this other lawyer, not Dempsey, had me sign her client's Affidavit and a blank piece of paper in 1997 that turned out to be a Consent for my husband's law firm. No lie! Mr. Dempsey's receptionist won't let me talk to him so it seems as if someone else is getting the defense.I only wanted to give one rating in communication because I was refused communication. I never was able to do much other than attempt to communicate after saying to the receptionist that Mr. Dempsey's friend who is another lawyer took my signature and it was applied on someone else's legal Affidavit and a legal Consent whereas I took the blame for this other lawyer's client, who was acting as a false informant to her own lawyer, against me. I am left to decide if a defense lawyer defends the act of crime or defends the accused bearing the crime of another.

Jason had my best interest.I needed him he was there, and his knowledge of the law is incredible. I would recommend Jason to anyone.

Jason is a top notch lawyer and I would recommend him to anybody. Ive used him on 2 different occasions and would never even consider using anybody else for any legal matters. He helped me through some legal issues with my ex wife and then took care of my divorce from start to finish. I don't think you could find a better lawyer if you tried.

HE HAS ME AND MY KIDS BEST INTEREST AT HEART. Jason keeps pushing me to control my reaction so best able to advocate for the boys.

Jason represented me on a divorce. I was well represented, he was excellent in the courtroom and got me what i needed from the divorce. I went into the courtroom knowing what to expect and what the risks were.

Don't hire this lawyer, he was useless and cost me my kids. He failed to file court papers on time and was all about the money, leaving the important issues of my case to excuses and lies. Do yourself a favour and hire someone else. Even when I fired him for neglegence he demanded full payment, and he never lifted his little finger.

I hired Jason to do my divorce. He was great!. He walked me through every step and dealt my ex for me very well. I think he's still mad. :) Jason is cute too!
