I had heard about this lawyer from friends and saw his website on line. When we met, I felt that he had an excellent understanding of me and my family, he really knows the subject , and wants to be sure to provide the right plan for what I needed. I was able to make a one on one initial appointment where we talked about what I needed and I really understood why. Then, after the work was done and everything was signed , I was encouraged to call if I had questions. And he helped! Helpful staff, nice on the phone. Good value for money, I felt that I was in the hands of a real professional. What a relief! (I had been putting it off for ages)

Review is based on a consultation visit only with Attorney Bernstein. He charged $300 for a 1/2 hour consultation to discuss estate planning options which was not disclosed until the end of the appointment. We concluded that Mr. Bernstein was unprofessional and overpriced. We went with a different law firm of equal qualifications who provided a free consultation and quoted a fee for 1/2 the cost to perform the exact same plan that was discussed with Mr. Bernstein.
