Below comments are spot in. Totally unprofessional in all aspects other than appearance. Failed to timely forward court messages, routinely tells you paperwork was filed when nothing had been done. Shane has a revolving door of secretaries as no one can stand all the customer complaints. Acts as more of a psychologist than a lawyer.

I hired Mr Holloway in September. Paid my fee immediately. He will not return phone calls nor as best I can tell he has done nothing. My rating is based entirely on the fact he has done nothing except speak very sharply to me when I complained. He did not even remember the reason I came to him to start with. I really don't believe he nor his staff have a clue. I will not recommend him to anyone. At first meeting he appears sharp and on top of everything but after he gets the money nothing.

Attorney Shane Hollaway, never returns my phone calls, price is also too much. I hired him in '08 and still hasn't done his job as he says he would. He has been on my case for 7 years. I would not recommend him.

Shane Hollaway and Tracy Green were very helpful and explained everything for me on which way i needed to go about my case I would and have referred many of people to them and will continue to in the future.

Took our money, but doesn't return our calls. He told us that he would put particular information in our contract, had us sign the agreement, and when we got home and read the agreement it did not at all reflect the agreement that we had with him.
