I can't rate this practice completely (I gave all threes and a "1" for communication), because they never carried out their services. What I can say is that their customer service is awful. I saw them on May 25, 2012 and as of June 22, 2012, they haven't responded to me through phone or mail. I called them this past week to find out what was going on, and the secretary said I would hear back from them.
